The Northwest Suburban Quilters Guild is excited to announce our upcoming”Sew Happy Together” Quilt Show, happening May 15 & 16, 2027, at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois.
NSQG members of all skill levels will showcase their creativity and craftsmanship at this special event.
Entry Categories for the 2027 show are:
- Large Quilts – perimeter greater than 280 inches
- Sofa Quilts – perimeter between 181 and 280
- Wall Hanging Quilts – perimeter between 72 and 180
- Charity Quilts – quilts to be donated to Rainbow Hospice 45 X 45
- Miniature Quilts – perimeter less than 72 inches
- Accessories (Items that do not fit in the above categories i.e quilted clothing, bags, pin cushions, table runners, pillows, dolls etc.)
- Youth Sponsored Entries (Guild members may sponsor youth family members. We love seeing the next generation of quilters!)
Special Feature for 2027:
We’re thrilled to introduce our Temperature Challenge Quilt! Let your stitching reflect the patterns and colors of the year—bring your unique interpretation to life.
All entry applications must be submitted by March 18, 2027 (the March general membership meeting.)
Whether you’re entering a masterpiece or a first project, we can’t wait to celebrate quilting together.
