Welcome to NSQG!

Welcome from our happy group of quilters. We range from beginners to professionals, and are always excited to see a new face.

Our purpose is to foster the art of quilting and to encourage a high standard of design and technique in all of quilting’s various forms.

Join us for our monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month (except December) at 7PM at Rolling Meadows Community Center. Click here for map and directions.

Breaking News: Sign Up Online for Workshops!

The new year of programming has been officially announced. We now have our workshop sign-ups online so you can register from the comfort of your home  (in your pajamas if you like). Go to the program pages, and find the button under the workshop description to take advantage of this new feature.

Most workshops are currently for members only. But the reasonable prices of our workshops for national speakers often means you can join our guild AND attend our workshops for less than you would elsewhere. Check out our program page to find out what we’re offering and make plans to join us today!

Time Flies! 2019 NSQG Quilt Show

Our biannual quilt show happens November 2 and 3, 2019 at the Elk Grove Village Holiday Inn.  We’re in full planning mode, so stay tuned for more information in late summer.

We’re currently selling tickets for our Wild and Goosey raffle quilt, based on the Bonnie Hunter block in a setting designed by our talented member Karen Snell.  We also have a Blaire American Girl® doll with a custom wardrobe made by our members. You can request tickets for either of these opportunities via mail. Click through on the pictures to the right to the raffle pages, and find instructions there!
