This week we welcome Josh Chernoff to the Northwest Suburban Quilters Guild. Josh has been creating raw edge appliqued portraits for many years. Thursday’s lecture will review how the combination of fabric collage combined with quilting thread painting techniques can create expressive images.
We will be meeting in person at the Rolling Meadows Community Center.
