The Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Quilters Guild is made up of our Elected Executive Officers as well as our Standing/Advisory Committees and Service Position Volunteers. Terms begin July 1st and end on June 30th.

Executive Officers are elected in May and serve a term of one year. Officers can be re-elected to the same position again for the following year and serve a total of 2 consecutive terms in the same position. An individual can only serve in an elected position no more than 4 consecutive years at a time.

Standing Committees and Service Positions are appointments by the President and commitment to serve is renewed each year.

Board Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month except December at 6pm at the Arlington Heights Village Hall, or on Zoom during weather advisories. Board Meetings are open to all members. To receive a Zoom invite, in case of a weather advisory, please contact President Pam.
