PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR RETREAT UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING:

1. Renew or join for the 2023-2024 year.  You can pay for your membership at the same time but please do not purchase a retreat without renewing your membership first or at the same time.  For membership you will also need to complete your membership form.

2. Complete the Retreat Registration form.  This is a requirement for the retreat.  Before purchasing this item you will need to complete this form. https://nsqg.club/retreat-registration/

Join us July 7-9 , 2023 at the Schaumburg Hilton Garden Inn (1191 Woodfield Road) for a weekend of sewing, laughter and learning. Your $60 registration fee covers access to the ballroom where we all sew together. It does not include your food or your room. You must be a member and you must stay at the hotel to participate.

Once you complete our online registration (form PLUS payment), you will be contacted by our retreat coordinator to confirm your acceptance. All hotel reservations are to be handled after acceptance, through the coordinator.

Please note: Retreat registration is non-refundable unless we find someone else to fill the spot, or the retreat was overbooked and there is not a space available. Your registration is not official until you are notified by the retreat coordinator, which can take up to 15 business days. Contact retreats@nsqg.club if you have questions.
